One of the core design principals of CME is striking the right level of integration with your CRM system. Loose integration will miss the potential to select the right message, while bolting messaging too tightly in CRM makes it hard to meet marketing's requirements.
We have addressed this through strong bidirectional links with all major CRM vendors. This enables us to convert your customer data into a format more suitable for marketing while maintaining all of the benefits of data integration. CME itself is built on top of CRM and so is able to function as your CRM system if you don't have one. However most of our clients have a CRM system already and we include bidirectional integrations as part of implementing CME.

CME was built from the ground up to support Omni-Channel marketing. Every message can be deployed via the customer's preferred channel(s). As well as the integrations listed below CME has the ability to deploy email using your company's internal email server. Also note that CME can use the integration with your CRM to open up other channels (e.g. phone) without needing direct integration.
